This project is read-only.
I wrote this powershell script to keep an access database up-to-date with a SQL Server database. The access database was for general users to create reports and queries that would not affect the production database. It works by copying each SQL datatable down to a temp table. Then inside a transaction, deleting the original table and renaming the temp table to the original table. The net effect is the access database users shouldn't see anything and experience little or no down time.
This could be adapted to other database types easily such as using MySQL for the source or destination.
